MechanicalEngineers
I wanted to choose a mechanical engineer because mechanical engineers research, design, manufacture machines, test tools and construct. Mechanical engineering is one of the broadest engineering categories. Mechanical engineers need to have had a lot of education. They must have a bachelor’s degree and must take courses in science and math. They must always take continuing education courses to keep current with rapidly changing technology. Mechanical engineers must have a license. The math that is required is college algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus 1 and 2, linear, algebra, differential equations and statistics. It takes 5 to 6 years of training and in order to become one you have to pass a state exam.

Engineers work with machines and mechanical systems. A mechanical engineer must draw what he wants to have before they construct it. The field of mechanical engineering can be thought of as a collection of many mechanical engineering science disciplines.

Some interesting facts of mechanical engineers are they use robots and machines to build what they can’t and to lift heavy things. To create a robot engineers typically employ kinematics to determine the range of the robots motion.

I was interested in this career because of the robots they use, the machine’s they build, and what they construct.
